Used for repairing / replacing Display Chip (VGA Chip) in laptops. If you have laptop which is getting switched ON (power LED ON) but NO Display, you LCD/TFT is completely black then there are chances that your VGA chip is faulty and hence need repair / replacement. To some extent it is not the fault of vga chip may be due to dry solder or any other reason like loose display cable, display cable hook.
